Maximus is seeking a Senior IBM COBOL Developer to support our IRS client in a fully remote position. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of IBM COBOL experience, with DB2, CICS, SQL, and batch processing familiarity. An active IRS Moderate-Risk Background Investigation (MBI) is required.

You will lead development, design modules, perform unit testing, and guide other developers. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed.
