• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college; 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Active IRS Moderate-Risk Background Investigation (MBI) is required.
• Experience with IBM COBOL, DB2, and CICS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of COBOL modules meeting system specifications and perform unit testing.
• Code, review, and integrate COBOL programs; update technical docs.
• Provide guidance to other developers and assist testers and users.
• Maintain and optimize programs, evaluate new tools, and document workflows.
