Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with IBM COBOL, DB2, CICS, SQL, JCL, and batch processing is expected.
• Strong verbal and written communication; client support experience.
• Ability to interface with all levels of management; good time management and organization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of software solutions meeting business requirements; design, unit test, troubleshoot, and propose resolutions.
• Evaluate new coding techniques and tools for adoption.
• Consult on requirements and design software solutions per systems requirements.
• Code solutions per designs; perform code reviews and unit tests; assist teammates.
• Prepare and maintain documentation; coordinate with testers in development environments.
