Job summary

Relativity seeks a Senior IAM Engineer to lead enterprise identity strategy, architecture, and operations across workforce, customers, and machines. You will shape the identity control plane, drive AI-enabled identity maturity, and mentor engineers while reducing the attack surface.

You will partner with security leadership to implement robust authentication, federation, and PAM controls, aligning with regulatory standards and zero-trust principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/InfoSec or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in enterprise IAM or security engineering with identity focus.
• Expert in IdP/SSO and IAM tooling (Okta/Entra ID, Ping, IAM platforms).
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and communicate strategy.
• Familiar with MITRE, NIST 800-63 and Zero Trust principles.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identities.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust and CAE, MFA, and SSO standards.
• Lead ZTNA, least-privilege micro-segmentation, and PAM integrations.
• Oversee identity governance, access reviews, and SOX/compliance alignment.
• Integrate identity telemetry into SIEM/SOAR and threat context workflows.
