Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead the enterprise IAM strategy and implement AI-enabled identity controls across workforce, customer, and non-human identities.

You will own the architecture, drive Zero Trust maturity, mentor engineers, and partner with cross‑functional teams to reduce the organization's identity attack surface and ensure secure access across SaaS and multi‑cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands‑on enterprise IAM or security engineering experience.
• Expert experience with IdP/SSO and IGA & PAM tooling.
• Leadership in identity threat detection and access investigations.
• Knowledge of security benchmarks and frameworks (MITRE, NIST, Zero Trust).
• Scripting/automation in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for identity use cases.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identity.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust (CAE, risk-based authentication, phishing‑resistant auth).
• Engineer and optimize ZTNA, MFA/FIDO2, and JIT access across paths.
• Define and tune SSO, federation, and authentication standards across SaaS/clouds.
• Lead governance for non-human identities with policy‑as‑code enforcement.
