Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead enterprise identity initiatives, shaping architecture, strategy, and operational maturity across workforce, customer, and non-human identities. You will mentor engineers, partner with security leadership, and reduce the identity attack surface through standards and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in enterprise IAM or security engineering with identity expertise.
• Expert in IdP/SSO (Okta, Entra ID, Ping), IGA (SailPoint, Saviynt), PAM (CyberArk, BeyondTrust); familiar with SAML/OIDC/OAuth2/SCIM/LDAP/Kerberos.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identity.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust and Zero Trust maturity with CAE and MFA/FIDO2.
• Engineer and optimize ZTNA, least-privilege segmentation, and JIT access.
• Define and tune governance for non-human identities and drift detection.
• Lead integration of identity telemetry into SIEM/SOAR/UEBA to detect credential abuse.
