Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead enterprise identity strategy, owning architecture and operations for workforce, customer, and non-human identities. You will partner with the Manager of Enterprise Security to raise maturity, reduce the attack surface, mentor engineers, and shape the defense‑in‑depth program.

You will implement CAE and continuous trust, manage ZTNA, SSO, PAM, and IGA; align controls to frameworks, support audits, and drive identity automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in enterprise IAM or security engineering; 6+ years with a Master's.
• Expert hands-on experience with IdP/SSO (Okta, Entra ID/Azure AD, Ping), IGA (SailPoint, Saviynt), and PAM (CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Experience leading identity threat detection and automation for access enforcement and observability.
• Knowledge of MITRE, NIST 800-63, Zero Trust; translate into technical controls.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for containerized services and API-driven provisioning.
• Strong communication to explain strategy to peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture across workforce, machine, and workload identity domains.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust capabilities (CAE, risk-based and phishing-resistant authentication; Zero Trust).
• Engineer and optimize ZTNA, least-privilege micro-segmentation, MFA/FIDO2, and JIT access.
• Design and optimize SSO, federation, and authentication standards (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, Kerberos, LDAP).
• Define hardening standards using CIS Benchmarks/DISA STIGs with automated validation.
