Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead enterprise identity strategy and architecture, anchoring identity as the control plane in a defense-in-depth program. You will own AI-enabled identity technologies across workforce, customer, and machine domains, collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce the attack surface and raise detection and response capabilities.

The role requires senior hands-on expertise in IdP/SSO, IGA, PAM, and modern authentication protocols, plus mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/Info Sec or equivalent.
• 8+ years in enterprise IAM/security engineering, or 6+ years with Master's.
• Expert in IdP/SSO, IGA, and PAM technologies with federation protocols.
• Experience leading identity threat detection and automation for access enforcement.
• Knowledge of security benchmarks/frameworks (MITRE, NIST 800-63, Zero Trust).
• Scripting proficiency (Python/Bash/PowerShell) for automation in containerized environments.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture across workforce, machine, and workload identities.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust and ZTNA capabilities.
• EngineER and optimize MFA, SSO, and federation across SaaS/multi-cloud.
• Lead governance for non-human identities and PAM enforcement.
• Integrate identity telemetry into SIEM/SOAR and develop identity IR playbooks.
• Mentor identity engineers and align controls with audits and compliance requirements.
