Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead the enterprise identity program, architect AI-enabled identity across workforce, machine, and workload domains, and reduce the attack surface. You will mentor engineers and collaborate with security leadership to advance Zero Trust and IAM governance.

This remote role offers a salary range of $130,000–$195,000, requires 8+ years in IAM with hands-on experience in Okta/Entra ID, SAML/OIDC, PAM, and CI/CD workflows, and emphasizes collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Info Security.
• 8+ years hands-on IAM/security engineering experience.
• Expert in IdP/SSO, IGA, and PAM with product knowledge.
• Experience with authentication and federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0).
• Proficiency in scripting for automation and provisioning.
• Strong ability to mentor engineers and communicate strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture across workforce, machine, and workload identities.
• Advance CAE, risk-based authentication, and ZTNA within enterprise IAM.
• Lead PAM, IGA, and non-human identity governance initiatives.
• Integrate identity telemetry into SIEM/SOAR and develop IR playbooks.
• Collaborate with GRC and ensure audits and policy enforcement.
