Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead enterprise identity strategy, architecture, and operational maturity. You will own AI-enabled identity technologies across workforce, customer, and machine identities, partnering with security leadership to reduce identity risk and elevate detection and response capabilities.

You will mentor engineers, design standards for authentication, governance, and PAM, and drive integration with CI/CD pipelines, cloud IAM, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting and operating IdP/SSO, IGA, and PAM across SaaS and multi-cloud.
• Leadership in identity threat detection and response and automation for access enforcement.
• Proficiency with MITRE/NIST 800-63 frameworks and translating them into technical controls.
• Scripting to automate identity workflows and CI/CD security tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identities.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust and enterprise Zero Trust maturity.
• Lead governance for privileged and non-human identities, including PAM and service accounts.
• Integrate identity telemetry into SIEM/SOAR/UEBA for faster detection.
• Collaborate on AI-augmented security and CI/CD identity controls.
