Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead enterprise identity strategy and anchor identity as the primary control plane in a defense‑in‑depth program.

You will own architecture, strategy, and operational maturity of AI‑enabled identity technologies across workforce, customer, and non‑human identities while mentoring engineers and elevating detection and response capabilities. This remote US role partners with security leadership to reduce identity risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years hands-on enterprise IAM or security engineering experience; or 6+ years with a Master's degree in Cybersecurity.
• Expert experience architecting and operating IdP/SSO (Okta, Entra ID/Azure AD, Ping), IGA (SailPoint, Saviynt), and PAM (CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Proven leadership in identity threat detection and access investigations.
• Familiarity with MITRE, NIST 800-63, Zero Trust and policy translation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identity.
• Develop continuous adaptive trust capabilities and Zero Trust maturation.
• Engineer ZTNA, MFA/FIDO2, and JIT access across cloud environments.
• Define and tune SSO, federation, and authentication standards (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
• Oversee PAM implementation including credential vaulting and session monitoring.
• Lead integration of identity telemetry into SIEM/SOAR/UEBA.
