Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead the enterprise IAM function, owning architecture, strategy, and operation of AI-enabled identity across workforce, customers, and non-human identities. You will partner with the Manager of Enterprise Security and mentor engineers to reduce the identity attack surface and strengthen threat detection and response.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise IAM or security engineering.
• Expert in IdP/SSO (Okta, Entra ID, Ping) and PAM.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos.
• Mentor engineers and communicate strategy to stakeholders.
• Familiar with MITRE, NIST 800-63, Zero Trust principles.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture across workforce, machine, and workload identities.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust and CAE within Zero Trust architecture.
• Engineer ZTNA, MFA, JIT access across paths and environments.
• Define SSO, federation standards for SaaS and multi‑cloud.
• Lead identity telemetry integration into SIEM/SOAR for detection.
