Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead enterprise identity architecture, strategy, and operational maturity for AI-enabled identity technologies across the workforce, customers, and machine identities. You will partner with the Manager of Enterprise Security and guide cross-functional teams to reduce the identity attack surface and elevate detection and response capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on enterprise IAM or security engineering with deep identity specialization.
• Expert experience architecting and operating IdP/SSO (Okta, Entra ID, Ping), IGA (SailPoint, Saviynt), and PAM (CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Led identity threat detection, investigations, and automation for access enforcement.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for identity use cases.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identities.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust and ZTNA capabilities.
• Design governance for non-human identities and PAM.
• Integrate identity telemetry into SIEM/SOAR/UEBA and develop IR playbooks.
• Mentor identity engineers and align controls with regulatory standards.
