Relativity is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead enterprise identity strategy, architecture, and defense-in-depth controls across workforce, customer, and non-human identities. You will design and optimize IAM platforms (Okta/Entra ID, Ping, PAM, IGA), advance Zero Trust, SSO/federation, and governance, while mentoring engineers and partnering with security leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IAM or security engineering, or 6+ years with a Master's degree.
• Expert, hands-on experience with IdP/SSO, IGA, and PAM technologies and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identity across multiple environments.
• Advance continuous adaptive trust and Zero Trust capabilities.
• Engineer and optimize ZTNA, MFA/FIDO2, and session management.
• Design governance for non-human identities and automate policy enforcement.
• Lead integration of identity telemetry into detection/IR workflows.
