Job summary

Relativity seeks a Senior IAM Engineer to lead the enterprise IAM function, setting architecture, strategy, and operational maturity for AI-enabled identity across workforce, customer, and non-human identities. You will mentor engineers, reduce the identity attack surface, and shape the standards trusted by the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years hands-on enterprise IAM with identity, authentication and access focus (or Master's +6 years).
• Expert experience architecting identity platforms across IdP/SSO, IGA, and PAM with protocols like SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos.
• Proven leadership in identity threat detection and access investigations; automation for access enforcement.
• Strong knowledge of security benchmarks/frameworks (MITRE, NIST 800-63, Zero Trust).
• Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for containerized services and API provisioning.
• Ability to mentor engineers and communicate complex strategy clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design identity architecture spanning workforce, machine, and workload identities as part of defense-in-depth.
• Mature continuous adaptive trust capabilities and Zero Trust components like CAE, MFA, JIT, and session revocation.
• Lead IDM/IGA/PAM initiatives including access reviews and credential vaulting.
• Integrate identity telemetry into SIEM/SOAR/UEBA to detect credential abuse and lateral movement.
• Collaborate on AI DevSecOps with policy-as-code and CI/CD identity controls.
• Support audits and compliance mappings (SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA).
