Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Transmission Line Project Manager to lead high voltage transmission line programs. You will manage scope, schedule, budgets, risks, and client relationships while guiding multi-disciplinary teams across the Power & Energy Management portfolio.

Remote work options available in the U.S. with periodic travel to client sites. Ideal candidates bring 12+ years of power delivery project management experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field in Power & Energy.
• 12+ years of post-education experience in project management in Power Delivery/Utility.
• 5+ years leading engineering/construction teams on HV/EHV transmission projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for HV/EHV transmission line projects with budgets, forecasts, margins and KPIs.
• Develop strategies to engage stakeholders at all levels and report progress.
• Lead pursuit and Go/No-Go decisions, contract reviews, risk mitigation & pricing.
• May participate in or lead contract negotiations and client presentations.
• Drive technical reviews and ensure QA/QC adherence with qualified staff.
• Provide strategic inputs to multi-disciplinary project teams for clients.
• Manage and mentor assigned staff and enforce project reporting cadence.
• Maintain project documentation (Risk, PMP, QP, PSP, Communications Plan).
