Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Senior Transmission Line Project Manager to oversee high voltage and EHV transmission projects. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and client relations while ensuring QA/QC and risk controls are integrated across the project lifecycle.

The role supports the Power Delivery team with opportunities across the South and Southwest, with remote work flexibility and periodic client-facing meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field within Power & Energy.
• 12+ years in project management in Power Delivery/Utility.
• 5+ years leading engineering/construction teams for HV/EHV projects.
• Experience with IOUs, IPPs, Co-Ops, Munis, etc.
• Proficiency with PM processes: contract, risk, schedule, EV, change, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for HV/EHV transmission line projects.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships and project reports.
• Lead contract reviews, risk mitigation, and pricing discussions.
• Oversee technical reviews and QA/QC adherence.
• Coordinate resources and subcontracting; ensure timely updates to clients.
