WSP USA is seeking a Senior Transmission Line Project Manager to oversee high voltage and EHV transmission line projects within the Power Delivery practice. The role involves managing scope, budgets, schedules, and client relationships across the South and Southwest regions, with the possibility of remote work from Texas locations.

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management or related field within Power & Energy Market.
• 12+ years of post-education experience in a project management role within Power Delivery/Utility Industry.
• Minimum of 5 years leading engineering/construction teams for high voltage transmission projects.
• Experience with project management processes and tools: contract management, risk, schedule, and earned value management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide PM leadership for HV and EHV transmission line projects, including budgets, forecasts, margins, and KPIs.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels and report on project progress.
• Lead pursuit/initiation activities, including go/no-go decisions, contract reviews and risk mitigation.
• Lead contract negotiations and client presentations when needed.
• Drive QA/QC adherence and ensure proper technical reviews and staffing for projects.
• Maintain formal project documentation (PMP, QP, PSP, Risk, Communications Plan).
• Coordinate resources and subcontracting with area managers and ensure regular client communications.
