Zusammenfassung

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Transmission Line Project Manager for its Power & Energy Management Team. The role oversees technical, schedules, quality, and financial aspects of HV and EHV transmission projects, while developing client relationships and marketing Power Delivery services across the South and Southwest region.

Based in Houston, Austin, or Fort Worth with remote work flexibility and periodic travel to client offices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or related field in Power & Energy.
• 12+ years in a project management role within Power Delivery/Utility industry.
• 5+ years leading engineering/construction teams for HV/EHV projects.
• Experience with PM processes: Contract, EV, Change, Risk, Schedule, and Financial management.

Aufgaben

• Provide PM leadership for HV and EHV transmission projects, including budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels and report progress to clients and leadership.
• Lead pursuit/initiation activities, Go/No-Go decisions, and contract reviews.
• Lead contract negotiations and client presentations when needed.
• Direct technical reviews and QA/QC adherence across projects.
• Coordinate resources and subcontracting; manage monthly status reports.
• Ensure project documentation updates (PMP, QP, PSP, risk plans).
• Deliver lessons learned and provide strategic client guidance.
