Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Senior Transmission Line Project Manager to lead HV/EHV transmission projects from proposal through closeout. You will manage technical scopes, schedules, budgets, and client relations, with travel to client sites as needed and remote work options available across Texas and surrounding regions.

The role emphasizes PM processes, risk mitigation, and QA/QC with a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes for power delivery projects within the South and Southwest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management or related field in Power & Energy market.
• 12+ years in a project management role in Power Delivery/Utility industry.
• 5+ years leading engineering/construction teams for high/extra high voltage projects.
• Experience with project management processes: contract, meetings, EV, change, risk, schedule, financials.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for HV/EHV transmission line projects, including design, budgets, forecasts, margins, and KPIs.
• Engage stakeholders, maintain relationships, and report progress.
• Lead pursuit/initiative activities: go/no-go decisions, contract reviews, risk mitigation, pricing.
