Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Senior Transmission Line Project Manager to lead high voltage transmission projects, oversee budgets, schedules and client relations. The role involves delivering projects from planning through closeout and guiding multi-disciplinary teams across the Power Delivery spectrum.

Based in Texas with flexibility for remote work, the position requires travel to client offices and sites. A strong background in PM processes and utility project delivery is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field within Power & Energy Market.
• 12+ years of post-education experience in a project management role within Power Delivery/Utility Industry.
• Minimum of 5 years experience leading engineering/construction teams for high voltage transmission projects.
• Knowledge of contract management, risk management and schedule management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for high voltage/EHV Transmission Line projects including budgets, forecasts, margins and KPIs.
• Develop strategies to engage stakeholders at all levels and report progress.
• Lead pursuit/initiation activities including Go/No-Go decisions and contract reviews.
• Coordinate with area managers on resource and subcontracting requirements.
• Maintain regular client communications including monthly status and budget impacts.
• Ensure QA/QC adherence and project closeout activities.
