This remote role offers the chance to influence standards and drive the design of solutions across architectures, helping ABB advance SSC600, SMU600, and CogniEN offerings.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.
• 9+ years of experience in technical business development, preferably in grid automation or power systems.
• Deep understanding of U.S. utility market dynamics and grid standards (IEEE, IEC 61850).
• Experience with SaaS or subscription-based models in the energy sector.
• Familiarity with DERMS, DLR, and network state estimation technologies.

• Market strategy leadership to grow U.S. utility opportunities and drive product homologation.
• Act as grid automation SME, lead presales activities, and support solution design across architectures.
• Contribute to IEEE/IEC standards and interoperability frameworks.
