Qualifications

• Experience with fleet maintenance operations and transportation logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service events from client request to repair completion.
• Dispatch to technicians to meet KPI targets and timelines.
• Maintain timely documentation in all systems for each interaction.
• Communicate status updates clearly to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure policy adherence and quality service.
• Coach and guide junior dispatch teammates.
