Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Dispatcher in the United States for national dispatch operations. This overnight role coordinates fleet repairs, manages service events, and collaborates with technicians, customers, and third-party vendors from 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 5 years in dispatch/logistics.
• Experience with fleet maintenance operations and trucking standards.
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service events end-to-end from request to repair completion.
• Dispatch technicians to optimize time-based KPIs.
• Maintain timely documentation in systems for each interaction.
• Escalate issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Support cross-market coordination with internal partners and vendors.
