Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Sr Dispatcher to coordinate dispatch and fleet service events nationwide from a remote/hybrid setup. You will manage the full lifecycle of repairs, ensure timely communication with clients, technicians, and third‑party vendors, and optimize KPI‑driven outcomes.

This overnight role requires shift coverage between 4:00 PM and 10:00 AM and offers variable incentives. Ideal candidates have strong dispatch experience, fleet maintenance knowledge, and the ability to operate

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating dispatch and fleet service events.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, technicians and vendors.
• Experience coordinating across multiple markets or regions.

Responsibilities

• Service Coordination and Dispatch for fleet repair and maintenance.
• Manage event lifecycle from client request to repair completion.
• Monitor ETA, communicate delays, and coordinate across vendors.
• Assign work to optimize time-based KPIs and outcomes.
• Provide coaching to junior team members and maintain backlog.
