Job summary

Cox Automotive National Dispatcher role for coordinated fleet repairs and maintenance across markets. This overnight position (4:00 PM–10:00 AM) requires strong judgment, industry knowledge, and cross‑functional coordination with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED plus 5 years in dispatch/logistics or an equivalent mix.
Knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and trucking standards.
Ability to work remotely across multiple markets with strong coordination.

Responsibilities

Coordinate services and dispatch for fleet events and maintenance.
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of maintenance, towing, and service events.
Ensure technicians receive events quickly and request additional work when needed.
Reassign unfinished events from previous assignments to complete them.
Assess events and dispatch to optimize client outcomes.
Assign work with attention to time-based KPIs and schedules.
Identify KPI gaps and collaborate with leaders to address them.
Audit open requests across markets for daily updates and compliance.
Monitor events, track ETA, and communicate delays to customers and leadership.
