GoTo is hiring a Sr. Financial Analyst, SaaS Retention Specialist, to drive renewal forecasting, retention analysis, and proactive insights across teams.

You will own forecast models, track churn and retention metrics, and deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership. The role emphasizes rigorous data integrity, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A or similar financial analysis in SaaS/subscription models.
• Expert level financial modeling and data manipulation.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end renewal forecasting and churn/retention forecasts.
• Analyze retention metrics and provide actionable insights to leaders.
• Conduct variance analysis and deliver proactive recommendations.
• Ensure data integrity and reconcile retention data across reporting cycles.
