Qualifications

• Must have compensation consulting experience.
• 7-10 years of progressively responsible consulting/business-related experience.
• Solid technical knowledge and experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of large and/or complex projects within budgets.
• Monitor project status and keep stakeholders apprised.
• Prepare comprehensive work plans, presentations and reports for client needs.
• Oversee development of deliverables by junior associates, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Act as a key client liaison and manage client meetings.
• Lead and guide junior staff in research, data collection and analytics.
• Develop tools, templates, and methodologies to improve productivity and quality.
• Lead client delivery team meetings to align initiatives.
