The Clinician Workforce Services Practice designs compensation programs that attract and retain physicians and APPs, align with enterprise goals, and support financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field; emphasis in finance/economics is aPlus.
• 1–5 years of progressive client-facing consulting experience.
• 3–5 years of analytical experience: data analysis, financial modeling, & presentation design.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint; basic programming is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; adapt to audience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive compensation consulting and administer programs.
• Act as market expert on client compensation issues.
• Conduct job evaluations and determine levels, titles, and FLSA classifications.
• Perform market pricing, peer analyses, and salary data interpretation.
• Analyze data to set salary levels and job titles for positions.
• Mentor junior associates in research and analytics.
• Engage in client delivery meetings and establish relationships.
