Job summary

Longevity Health Plan is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to design, administer, and optimize compensation programs that attract and retain top talent. This remote role supports professionals across the United States.

You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to provide market-informed recommendations, maintain salary structures, and ensure pay equity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, economics, statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of compensation experience.
• Experience with market pricing, salary administration, and analyses.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Experience using HRIS platforms and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation benchmarking and market pricing activities.
• Develop and maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and frameworks.
• Conduct job evaluations and recommend compensation levels.
• Review salary offers, promotions, transfers, and market adjustments.
• Support merit increases, bonuses, and promotional reviews.
• Participate in job architecture and organizational design initiatives.
