Job summary

Sullivan Cotter is seeking an Executive Compensation Consulting Manager to lead multiple consulting projects remotely from the United States. You will serve as the primary client contact, manage timelines and budgets, and tailor analyses and recommendations for senior executives.

The role requires a top-tier business degree with 10+ years of experience in executive compensation, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of developing staff and expanding client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or health care administration.
• 10+ years of related executive compensation analytical experience with data evaluation and financial modeling.
• Solid knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for analyses and presentations.
• Strong communication, coaching and client-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple executive compensation projects from kickoff through final delivery.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, providing updates and anticipating needs.
• Manage timelines, budgets and deliverables; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and tailor analyses, presentations, and recommendations for clients.
• Delegate work, set expectations and provide coaching to staff.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and draft proposals.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development.
• Improve internal tools and processes to boost efficiency and client experience.
• Collaborate with Client Relationship Managers and cross-practice teams.
