Sullivan Cotter Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Consulting Principal to lead multiple executive compensation projects, mentor staff, and strengthen client delivery. You will guide strategic client engagements, oversee analyses, and contribute to market insights and governance advancements.

The role emphasizes leadership, client relationship growth, and developing teams across projects in a remote/hybrid setting.

Qualifikationen

Twelve years or more of executive compensation consulting experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
Proficient skills in problem-solving and communication.
Solid technical knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

Set strategic direction for large, complex client engagements and advise executive/board-level stakeholders.
Own client relationships, strategy, revenue growth, retention and expansion of services.
Provide leadership on compensation design, governance, and market benchmarking.
