The candidate will analyze data, prepare client-ready materials, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with client delivery teams to ensure quality, accuracy and timely results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 1–5 years of client-facing consulting experience.
• Strong Excel and data presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare compensation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide compensation consulting services for clients.
• Conduct market pricing, surveys, and data analyses.
• Evaluate jobs and recommend internal placement and titles.
• Prepare reports and assist with proposals for clients.
