As part of the Executive Workforce Services Practice, you will manage complex engagements, oversee teams, and develop data-driven compensation programs aligned with market benchmarks and regulatory requirements. You will work with clients on governance, executive pay design, and performance-based pay strategies, while mentoring junior staff and delivering high-quality

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (finance/economics/statistics, etc.)
• Must have compensation consulting experience
• 7–10 years of data analysis, financial modeling or compensation program administration
• Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint proficiency
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, writing, verbal and presentation skills

• Manage small engagements and portions of large projects within budgets
• Oversee productivity and resource utilization across analysts and consultants
• Prepare work plans, presentations, and reports addressing client needs
• Review deliverables for technical accuracy and quality
• Serve as a client liaison and main point of contact at meetings
• Lead junior associates and share methodologies to improve delivery
• Develop tools and templates to improve productivity and quality
• Lead and participate in client delivery team meetings
