Job summary

SullivanCotter in the United States seeks an experienced Executive Workforce Services consultant to lead compensation engagements, manage client relationships, and guide junior teams on complex projects, remotely within the allowed states.

You will own work plans, deliverables and analytics, develop tools and templates, and ensure quality and timeliness while delivering clear, concise client communications and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business‑related field, ideally with emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or health care administration.
• Must have compensation consulting experience.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible consulting experience involving data analysis, financial modeling, program design and/or compensation program administration.
• Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, writing, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and monitor progress against budgets and timelines.
• Lead and delegate tasks to analysts and consultants based on skills and deadlines.
• Prepare work plans, presentations and client reports.
• Oversee junior associates' deliverables for technical accuracy and quality.
• Act as a key client liaison and attend meetings to anticipate needs.
• Serve as SME for junior staff, sharing tools and methodologies.
• Develop tools, templates, and processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Lead and participate in client delivery team meetings to understand initiatives.
