Our Executive Workforce Services practice delivers advisory services across compensation design, governance support for boards, and pay-for-performance strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and strategic alignment.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, preferably with emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or health care administration.
1–5 years of progressive experience directly consulting with clients.
3–5 years of related analytical experience involving data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design.
Compensation consulting experience preferred; strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills; basic programming a plus.

Mansioni

Provide comprehensive executive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and/or administer executive compensation programs.
Provide subject matter expertise and serve as a market expert regarding client market compensation issues.
Conduct executive job evaluations; analyze responsibilities and organizational structure to recommend appropriate level and title.
Conduct market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, and financial modeling for projects.
Analyze data to determine compensation levels and titles for executive positions across focus areas.
Identify data issues and consult with clients to resolve obstacles and keep projects moving.
