Qualifications

• Must have compensation consulting experience.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible consulting/business-related experience.
• Strong analytical, data modeling, and client-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of large projects within budgets and timelines.
• Oversee deliverables and ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion.
• Act as client liaison, building relationships and anticipating client needs.
• Lead junior associates and provide guidance on tools and methodologies.
• Develop and implement templates and processes to improve productivity.
