Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; finance/economics/healthcare administration preferred.
• 1–5 years of progressive client-facing consulting experience.
• 3–5 years of analytical experience: data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint proficiency; basic programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and administer compensation programs.
• Serve as market expert on client compensation issues.
• Conduct executive job evaluations and advise on internal level and title.
• Perform market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, modeling and research.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and job titles for executive positions.
• Identify data issues and advise clients to remove obstacles to project steps.
• Keep project manager informed of status and delays.
