Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field; finance/economics/statistics or healthcare admin preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible consulting experience involving data analysis, financial modeling, program design and/or compensation administration.
• Compensation consulting experience is required.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of large/complex projects within budgets and timelines; report status to PM and client relationship manager.
• Oversee team productivity and delegate tasks to analysts and consultants based on skill and deadlines.
• Prepare comprehensive work plans, presentations and reports addressing client needs with input from the CRM.
• Review junior associates' deliverables for technical accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
• Serve as a key client liaison and anticipate client needs and questions at meetings.
• Act as SME for junior staff, sharing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Develop tools and templates to improve productivity and quality.
• Lead/d participate in client delivery meetings to understand initiatives.
