Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field
• 1-5 years of progressive client consulting experience
• 3-5 years of analytical experience involving data analysis and financial modeling
• Compensation consulting experience preferred
• Excel, Word, PowerPoint proficiency; basic programming a plus
• Strong critical thinking and data interpretation skills
• Knowledge of health care regulations impacting clients

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and administer compensation programs
• Serve as a market expert on client compensation issues
• Conduct executive job evaluations and recommend internal level/title
• Perform market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, financial modeling, and special research
• Analyze data to determine compensation levels and titles for executives
• Identify data issues and consult with clients to determine action
• Keep project manager informed of status and deadlines
• Assist with report and proposal writing for objectives and results
• Mentor junior associates in research, data collection, and analytics
• Participate in client delivery team meetings to understand initiatives
• Establish client relationships and act as a primary contact for inquiries
