SullivanCotter is seeking an experienced compensation consultant to lead and deliver advisory engagements for healthcare and not-for-profit clients. The role focuses on executive compensation program design, governance support, and pay-for-performance strategies, with extensive client interaction and mentorship of junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, ideally with emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or healthcare administration
• Must have compensation consulting experience
• 7-10 years of progressively responsible consulting/business-related experience
• Solid technical knowledge and experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to lead and mentor junior staff

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of large/complex projects within budgets
• Oversee team productivity and resource utilization
• Prepare work plans, presentations and client reports
• Oversee deliverables by junior associates for quality and timeliness
• Act as a key client liaison and anticipate client needs
• Serve as subject matter expert and guide junior staff
• Develop tools, templates, and processes to improve productivity
• Lead and participate in client delivery team meetings
