Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Lead Solution Consultant to partner with Enterprise presales and Field Sales to understand customer challenges and architect integrated solutions using the DocuSign platform. You will deliver value-based presentations and build custom demos for complex prospects.

This individual contributor role reports to the Director, Solution Consulting. Remote work is available, with designation flexibility depending on business needs and location.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in an Enterprise presales role selling SaaS solutions to large customers.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience creating workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs and RFIs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Enterprise Solutions Consulting and Field Sales to secure new business and hit revenue targets.
• Uncover and document complex customer challenges and enterprise architecture within targeted accounts.
• Lead value-based presentations, connect customer problems to DocuSign solutions, and deliver custom product demos.
• Demonstrate technical credibility and align solutions with customer topologies through Q&A, diagrams, and roadmaps.
• Work with sales and internal teams to ensure a world-class buying experience.
