Zusammenfassung

Docusign is hiring a Lead Solution Consultant to join our fast-growing team. This remote role partners with Enterprise presales, field sales, and solutions consulting to uncover customer challenges and architect integrated solutions on the Docusign platform.

You will demonstrate value through tailored demos, Q&A, and roadmaps, and you’ll engage with executives to articulate business outcomes. This position reports to the Director, Solution Consulting.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in Enterprise presales for SaaS offerings.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
• Experience with technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs and RFIs.
• Experience engaging with executive-level staff, including C-suite leaders and senior management.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Enterprise Solutions Consulting and Field Sales to secure net-new business and partner with Sales to deliver revenue plans.
• Uncover, understand, and document complex customer business challenges and enterprise architecture.
• Engage in business and technical conversations, bringing subject matter expertise to Procurement, Sales and Legal lines of business.
• Establish credibility by linking customer problems to Docusign solutions via demos, designs, Q&A, and roadmaps.
• Articulate recommendations and business value to diverse audiences.
• Work with sales partners and internal teams to share best practices and deliver a world-class buying experience.
• Understand CLM space and proficiency in the core platform and future features.
• Demo and sell based on value selling methodologies defined by the company.
• Communicate and champion secure methods and certifications that distinguish Docusign.
