Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Lead Solution Consultant to partner with Enterprise presales and field sales, uncovering complex business challenges to design world-class integrated solutions using the DocuSign Intelligent Agreement Management platform.

You will deliver compelling demonstrations and participate in architecture discussions to drive value for large enterprise accounts. You will report to the Director, Solution Consulting and work in a remote-capable role within the US, collaborating

Qualifications

• 8+ years prior experience within an Enterprise presales role selling SaaS solutions to Enterprise customers.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
• Experience with technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWS, RFPs and RFIs.
• Experience engaging with executive-level staff, including C-suite leaders and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Enterprise Solutions Consulting and Field Sales teams to secure net-new business within an assigned territory.
• Uncover and document complex customer challenges and enterprise architecture.
• Engage in meaningful business and technical conversations with procurement, sales, and legal stakeholders.
• Connect customer problems to DocuSign solutions via value-based presentations and custom demos.
• Articulate recommendations and business value to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with peers to share best practices for a world-class buying experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the Contract Lifecycle Management space and core platform features.
• Sell based on value selling methodologies defined by the company.
• Communicate methods, processes, and certifications that support security and trust.
