Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Lead Solution Consultant to join our Enterprise presales team. You will partner with Sales to understand customer challenges, craft integrated solutions, and deliver compelling demonstrations of the DocuSign Intelligent Agreement Management platform.

The role requires strong engagement with C-suite levels and a proven track record in SAS-based presales for large enterprises, with remote work options and a focus on value-driven engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Enterprise presales selling SaaS to Enterprise customers.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
• Experience with technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs and RFIs.
• Experience engaging with executive-level staff, including C-suite leaders and senior management.
• 10+ years presales experience in Enterprise SaaS preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and ECM systems.
• Experience selling into the Procurement line of business.
• Familiarity with HTML, XML, and structured data.
• Familiarity with electronic signature concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Enterprise Solutions Consulting and Field Sales to secure net-new business and meet revenue plans.
• Uncover, comprehend, and document complex customer challenges and enterprise architectures.
• Engage in business and technical conversations with Procurement, Sales, and Legal stakeholders.
• Demonstrate credibility by linking customer problems to Docusign solutions via demos and diagrams.
• Articulate recommendations and business value to diverse audiences.
• Share best practices within the Docusign community to ensure a world-class buying experience.
• Understand CLM space and core platform features from production deployments and customer experiences.
• Sell based on value and participate in product roadmap discussions.
