Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Senior Enterprise Process Specialist to lead enterprise-wide process improvement and operational projects with executive visibility. You will collaborate across functions to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and support strategic initiatives, delivering sustainable solutions with potential $1M+ impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 12+ years leading process improvement efforts at large organizations with international operations.
• Experience coordinating directly with C-level executives and managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide process improvement projects with measurable impact of $1M+ per project.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to identify, scope, and deliver high-priority consulting engagements.
• Facilitate customer voice, process discovery, and situational assessment activities to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate complex projects across Executive, Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, R&D, Legal, Compliance, and external teams.
• Provide concise executive-level project updates while maintaining detailed project plans and deliverables.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies based on initiative needs.
• Support transformation initiatives, including project management, strategic programs, and post-merger integrations.
