Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery to lead disciplined agile delivery across cross-functional teams, translating strategy into executable plans and modeling delivery excellence. The role reports to the VP, Delivery Management and drives enterprise-critical outcomes.

Responsibilities include owning Disciplined Agile Delivery processes, teaching agile values, and delivering Tier-1 strategic initiatives with executive visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Information Systems, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of program/delivery management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission-critical delivery teams dedicated to major programs with high complexity.
• Own Disciplined Agile Delivery processes and practices to sustain high-performing teams.
• Teach Disciplined Agile values, patterns, and skills; model delivery excellence for managers and teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Tier-1 strategic initiatives with enterprise visibility; align outcomes to OKRs and value realization; manage the integrated delivery plan and milestones; coordinate across business, technology, product, and operations; develop dashboards and flow metrics; manage risks and security alignment.
• Prepare concise, decision-ready updates for senior leaders; maintain executive dashboards and ROI/benefit tracking with sponsors.
• Identify and implement agile process improvements; drive measurable outcomes; mentor delivery managers on Disciplined Agile and tools to enable a common way of working.
