Job summary

Woolpert is seeking a Senior Enterprise Business Process Architect to join our Business Transformation team. You will architect and document end‑to‑end business processes from lead generation through project delivery, billing, and revenue recognition, aligning with controls and financial outcomes.

This role requires cross‑functional collaboration, independence in ambiguous environments, and translating requirements into future‑state designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, organizational development, information systems, engineering, finance, or related field.
• Master's degree in business administration, organizational development, operations management, information systems, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Map and architect end‑to‑end business lifecycle and related financial flows.
• Translate enterprise objectives into current‑state and future‑state designs; identify dependencies and control gaps.
• Develop enterprise process artifacts, value‑stream maps, process models, and governance materials.
• Collaborate with business, finance, operations, and technology stakeholders on future‑state designs.
• Maintain reusable process documentation, templates, and reference materials for consistency and scalability.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather data and align teams on improvements.
• Prepare reports and recommendations communicating risks and options.
• Evaluate new process practices and technology opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Support ERP modernization, integration, and transformation initiatives.
