Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a transformation-minded Senior Manager to lead enterprise Finance process transformation, continuous improvement, and intelligent automation across Financial Shared Services. You will partner with Finance leadership, IT, Sales, Operations, and business units to translate needs into standardized, automated solutions.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in process improvement, Finance transformation, operational excellence, shared services, or back-office operations.
Ability to lead department-wide transformation initiatives and manage a portfolio of high-impact projects.
Experience applying AI, RPA, workflow automation, analytics to improve processes and reduce manual effort.
Experience developing business cases, executive-level recommendations, metrics, and dashboards.
Experience leading or coaching teams and cross-functional groups.
PMO/COE or Finance transformation office experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process redesign across Finance and shared services to improve efficiency, controls, and service delivery.
Develop business cases, pilots, and scalable implementations with measurable impact.
Partner with IT and functional leaders to integrate process, data, and technology solutions.
Define KPIs and use analytics to track automation performance and outcomes.
Coach and develop team members; drive a culture of continuous improvement.
