Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, business transformation, or management consulting within complex organizations.
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional transformation initiatives and translate objectives into operating models and governance.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Comfortable acting as a thought partner to leadership and balancing strategic with hands-on execution.
• Experience building new capabilities, frameworks, and ways of working from scratch.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across functions and levels.
• Experience identifying opportunities for process simplification, standardization, automation, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to redesign and optimize end-to-end processes across diverse transformation initiatives.
• Map current-state workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design future-state operating models with clear ownership and decision rights.
• Lead multiple workstreams and embed process thinking from the outset of projects.
• Influence stakeholders, facilitate conversations, and drive alignment toward future-state solutions.
• Collaborate with Change Management to ensure adoption and sustainability of new processes.
• Establish methodologies, standards, tools, and playbooks for process engineering at Aptean.
